We are in search of a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to become a vital part of our organization. The ideal candidate will take charge of procuring components for repairs and maintenance tasks, managing all operational machinery within the designated area, interpreting basic schematics and wiring diagrams, and diagnosing and fixing all mechanical systems.
Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting and rectifying 3-phase electrical systems and control voltage issues, conducting minor welding tasks, and efficiently performing preventive maintenance on assigned machinery independently. Proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP is essential, as is the ability to mentor Maintenance Mechanic I and Operators on equipment operations and facilitate Root Cause Analysis sessions when necessary.
Safety is paramount; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols and the proactive identification of potential hazards is critical. Additional duties may be assigned as required.
Key CompetenciesTechnical Skills:- Diagnostic troubleshooting

This is a permanent role.
Work EnvironmentThis position requires full-time onsite engagement. The working hours are from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required on specific days, with optional overtime available. A shift premium is offered.
