Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards, including design documents, reports, and analyses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, with a focus on transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and processes, including design/build and permitting.
  • Experience working with DOT projects and clients, with a strong understanding of relevant laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
