Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the engineering and implementation of both large-scale and small-scale projects related to Facilities Engineering and Construction.
  • Manage financial, scheduling, and technical performance as Control Account Manager (CAM) for design initiatives.
  • Coordinate various engineering disciplines and construction elements, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and strategic insights to project teams and senior leadership.
  • Engage with clients to clearly define and achieve project goals.
  • Introduce innovative technical solutions and contribute to the overall success of projects.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 9 years of pertinent experience.
  • Proven experience in project engineering, familiarity with codes and standards, and capability in collaborative team environments.
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 EPPM and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) is advantageous.
  • Ability to secure and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination and drug screening.

Annual salary range: $116,000 - $177,000, based on market value, candidate qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
