About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team in Roanoke, VA. As a key member of our fertility team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination and case management of fertility patients
  • Provide patient and couple counseling
  • Teach patients about procedures and injection administration
  • Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits
  • Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
  • Valid RN license
  • Experience working with electronic medical records a must
  • High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
