About the Role

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Damage Estimator to join our team. As an Automotive Collision Damage Estimator, you will be responsible for appraising vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test automobiles using mechanical testing devices to determine the cost of repair.
  • Prepare itemized work orders listing the cost of parts and labor.
  • Work with a customer service representative to handle correspondence with customers.
  • Evaluate and identify the cost of repairs.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • PA State Appraiser License is REQUIRED.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in collision repair.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform all job functions, including bending, standing, lifting, and reaching.
