Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, bilingual (Spanish) Paralegals with minimum 2-5 years personal injury experience to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

  • Discovery and responding to discovery
  • Reviewing documents and conducting legal research
  • Drafting legal documents, including subpoenas, complaints, and summons
  • Assisting with assembling trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and mediations
  • Calendar upcoming court hearings and deadlines
  • Drafting, revising, and finalizing letters, briefs, and memos
  • Collaborating with supervising attorneys and providing general administrative support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ABA Paralegal Certificate
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures and court guidelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
