About the Role:
  We are seeking a highly motivated Family Service Worker to join our dynamic team at Children's Learning Centers of Fairfield County. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting families, building partnerships with external agencies, and driving impactful community engagement.

Key Accountabilities:
  
  1. Foster positive relationships with families, providing them with guidance and resources tailored to their unique needs.
  2. Collaborate with education staff to design and deliver engaging programs that promote early childhood development and foster educational success.
  3. Develop strategic partnerships with local agencies, ensuring seamless access to essential services for our families.
  4. Manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing family needs and delivering high-quality support.
  5. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in family support and community engagement.
