Strategic Business Operations Analyst for Pediatric Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Operations Analyst to join our team at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This role will play a crucial part in driving strategic decision-making, optimizing processes, and improving overall performance within the Information Services department.
Responsibilities:- Analyze and interpret complex data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decisions across various teams in the Information Services department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiencies, service delivery, and customer experience.
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Design and implement performance measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of Information Services' initiatives, projects, and processes.
- Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including senior management and executive leadership.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business (economics or finance preferred), or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in a client-facing environment interacting with senior and executive leadership at the department and organization level.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and financial modeling software.
