Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Leasing Consultant to join our team at System One. This full-time role offers a contact-to-permanent opportunity and is essential in supporting our property management efforts.

Job Details:
- **Employment Type:** Full-time
- **Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- **Compensation:** Starting at $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager by dividing time between multiple properties.
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide information on available units.
- Manage rental payments, issue late notices, and process maintenance requests.
- Handle incoming calls, providing assistance or directing inquiries as necessary.
- Welcome visitors, prospective tenants, and current residents with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address resident work orders efficiently.
- Organize office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Monitor and update the waitlist, ensuring timely communication with interested parties.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of six months of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a welcoming attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is necessary.
