Job Overview

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent for our client, a reputable Federal General Contractor based in the Houston region. This position is crucial for managing all facets of federal construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising all phases of construction projects, including new builds and demolition tasks.
  • Managing budgets and timelines during pre-construction discussions.
  • Ensuring construction work aligns with project plans and specifications.
  • Upholding safety regulations and site protocols.
  • Developing and overseeing a comprehensive construction schedule.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent.
  • Proven experience with Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects.

  • Willingness to travel is required.
