Speech Language Pathologist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Bear Mountain Health Care. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Speech Therapy services in accordance with current regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement Speech therapy services and programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and department records.
  • Initiate referrals and conduct screenings of residents as needed.
  • Communicate evaluation findings to residents, family, and team members.
  • Ensure effective communication regarding Speech Therapy programs.
Requirements:
  • M.A. or M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited college.
  • Active state license or license eligible.
  • CCC or in CFY, and eligible for licensure.
