As a Certified Reg Nurse Prac, you will be part of our team that serves over 13,000 individuals annually in North Alabama. Our Cullman office is seeking a skilled CRNP with the ability to see adults and children.

About the Role

This position involves working independently as well as collaboratively with the treatment team to evaluate patients' health status based on provided information and medical histories. You will establish care and treatment plans as needed, adhering to the Center's philosophy of care and professional ethics.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health status through psychiatric assessments and focused medical assessments
  • Formulate diagnoses and develop interventions, including therapy, medication, and referrals
  • Prescribe medication as directed and order lab tests when necessary
  • Counsel, teach, and assist individuals and families in self-care prevention, health maintenance, and restoration
  • Consult with other healthcare providers and refer as needed
  • Perform emergency measures, follow up, and medication monitoring
Requirements
  • Masters of Nursing and licensed as RN and CRNP in Alabama
  • Clinical Specialty in the appropriate area of practice
  • Mental Health Experience
  • Familiarity with Computers and Electronic Health Records
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits, including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, State Retirement through RSA, and an optional 457b plan with a company match. You will also receive 9 paid holidays and the ability to accrue up to 15 days of PTO annually.
