USPI is seeking a highly skilled Surgery Center Administrator to lead our San Gabriel Valley Surgical Center in West Covina, CA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and a proven track record of success in managing ambulatory surgery centers. The Surgery Center Administrator will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality of care.
- Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
- Develop and manage budgets, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
