Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Hygiene Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will prioritize quality patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Preparation: Greet and prepare patients for treatment in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner.
  • Instrument Sterilization: Sterilize and prepare instruments for tray setups before dental procedures.
  • Digital Imaging: Take diagnostic-digital imaging as prescribed by the dentists.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records on patient charts and documents.
  • Routine Tasks: Setup and breakdown rooms according to infection control protocols between patients.
  • Communication: Communicate patient and equipment needs with co-workers.

Requirements

  • Certification and Experience: At least one year of dental/hygiene assisting experience. Current CPR certification required.
  • Licensure: Other State License/Certification Requirements, Vermont, TDA.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) RHS Certification preferred.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time employees enjoy benefits including PTO, paid holidays, office closure days, medical, vision, dental allowance, uniform allowance, 401(k) eligibility, and many more.
