Key Responsibilities:

  • Review production schedules and assign tasks to department personnel
  • Direct and coordinate production activities on the third shift
  • Establish work priorities to meet production schedules and quality standards
  • Work with both shifts to meet order requirements and improve productivity
  • Coordinate employee assignments and rotations
  • Review and approve time-off requests and ensure sufficient staffing
  • Monitor machine set-ups and work-in-progress to ensure quality compliance
  • Implement methods to improve quality, productivity, and cost reduction
  • Complete required paperwork and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Ensure employee training and promote a safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing setting
  • Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 30 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours/shift and walk extensively
  • Spanish proficiency preferred
