Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Child & Family Therapist to join our team at Compass Health. This role will involve providing high-quality trauma treatment to children, teens, and young adults who have experienced abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' functioning and needs, and develop individually tailored care plans to provide trauma treatment and support families impacted by the trauma.
  • Work with an inter-disciplinary team to support and advocate for clients.
  • Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a Behavioral Science related field (MA/MS/MSW).
  • Qualification as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) preferred.
  • Training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy preferred.
