Child and Family Healing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Child & Family Therapist / Clinician II to join our team at Compass Health in Lynnwood, Washington. As a key member of our Child Advocacy Program (CAP), you will work with children, teens, and young adults who have experienced trauma to provide them with the support and care they need to heal.

Salary Information:
The salary for this position is $29.15-$43.60 per hour, based on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 16 days of vacation and 12 sick days in the first year. We also provide professional development opportunities and a 403(b) retirement plan with company match.
