Respiratory Care Specialist

Job Summary:
Unity Health is seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various areas of the hospital, including special care units.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care to patients of all ages, from neonatal to geriatrics, with consideration for age-specific needs.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, associates, patients, and visitors to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in respiratory care.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, associates, and guests.
Requirements:
- Certification or eligibility by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
- Licensure to practice respiratory care in the State of Arkansas.
- Ability to work effectively under stress and maintain good emotional well-being.
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Maintain good physical well-being, with the ability to walk, bend, and lift patients.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in patient needs.
