Job Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in post-acute facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Providing individualized care to patients based on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborating with medical staff and residents to develop and implement care plans.
  • Tracking outcomes and reviewing options with physicians and other nursing staff.
  • Administering and supervising appropriate treatments and medications to residents.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program.
  • At least 4 months of experience in post-acute or in-patient hospital care.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
