Job Summary

Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Analyst II to support the Department of State. The successful candidate will provide administrative, professional, and technical staffing services to the Office of Logistics Management, Office of Program Management and Policy (A/LM/PMP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and identify trends to prepare reports and make recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service skills, project management knowledge, and a related understanding of the program office needs and mandates.
  • Perform administrative and financial analysis, and make recommendations for changes and improvements.
  • Prepare reports, such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual, and cumulative annual reports.
  • Provide day-to-day support in diverse program activities and projects.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and two (2) years of related experience.
  • US Department of State experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity in developing project and program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones involving complex programs, systems, or issues of critical importance to the entire organization.
Working Environment

The job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.

Clearance

A Secret Clearance is required.
