Clients, subcontractors, and the project management team rely on the supervisor's expertise to guarantee that timelines, material acquisition, and the correct sequence of tasks are executed seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities:

In the capacity of a Project Supervisor, you will ensure that projects align with scheduling objectives and surpass client expectations through diligent attention to detail, effective team collaboration, and active participation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining transparent communication with clients.
  • Executing projects according to approved designs and regulations.
  • Managing project finances by preparing estimates and closely monitoring expenses.
  • Developing and sustaining construction timelines.
  • Anticipating the needs of stakeholders and mitigating potential risks.
  • Facilitating effective communication among teams and subcontractors.
  • Promoting a positive work environment and adhering to safety standards.

Required Experience:
You are an experienced project supervisor with a proven track record in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
Minimum of 5 years in the construction field.
Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction management software is highly preferred.
Strong carpentry skills, particularly in framing and trim work, are desirable.
Experience with construction management tools and modern technology is advantageous.
Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is necessary.
Professional appearance is expected.

Educational Background:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree or a degree in construction management or a related field is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
