We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join our Client Accounting Services department. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in high-level bookkeeping services and be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-level bookkeeping services to clients, including financial statement preparation and reconciliation of cash.
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Preparing financial statements, accounts receivable and payable, sales tax preparation, and payroll preparation.
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports as needed, as well as depreciation and analytical review of financial statements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, with a focus on high-level services.
  • Full charge bookkeeper experience preferred.
  • Public accounting experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with QuickBooks or other ERP accounting systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
