On-Call Duties:
The physician will be responsible for on-call coverage for breast surgery patients on a 1:2 basis, ensuring availability as needed while adhering to the established call schedule.
Practice Location:
Positioned in a convenient area for patient access.
Support Team:
Collaborate with a dedicated team including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Receptionists, and Physician Assistants to ensure efficient patient care and surgical support.
Core Responsibilities:
As a Breast Surgeon, the physician will:
- Deliver a comprehensive range of consultative and surgical services for breast health, both in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Contribute to maintaining a prestigious designation as a Center of Excellence in breast surgery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all professional services rendered in accordance with legal and third-party payer requirements.
Annual Surgical Volume:
Expected to perform an average of 250 surgical procedures annually.
