Nutrition Program Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Nutrition Program Coordinator to join our team at The Learning Experience #144. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing healthy meal programs that meet the nutritional needs of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement meal plans that align with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
- Track and manage food allergies and special dietary needs for each child.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with local health regulations.
- Collaborate with teachers and center leadership to provide exceptional customer service to parents and children.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in child nutrition and menu planning.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in food preparation and cooking preferred.
- Food handling certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
