We are currently hiring an experienced and motivated Territory Manager to join our team in Nashville. The ideal candidate will establish referral partnerships with providers and positively impact the health of wound care patients.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and organizations in the Nashville area.
  • Educate physicians and healthcare professionals about our services and the benefits of in-home wound care.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to increase patient referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic growth plans.
  • Attend conferences and networking events to promote Esperta Health and expand our network.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in patient referral business development or sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience calling on physician offices, focused on developing referral partnerships.
  • Ability to meet weekly metrics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Nashville area.
  • Resides in Nashville Metro area.

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on location and experience.
