Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
- Reliable personal transportation
- Willingness to become certified as a home care worker
- Satisfactory passing of a criminal history and reference check
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
Work Schedule:
We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time based on your preferences. You will have the opportunity to choose your preferred days, times, and locations.
