Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SSM Health St Agnes Fond du Lac, WI. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care to patients in the ICU, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical judgment to ensure the highest level of care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or other states as required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
