Special Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that promotes emotional and social growth for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of the student.
- Promote emotional and social growth for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Plan and implement a program of study that meets the individual needs, abilities, and interests of all students assigned to the class.
- Guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals.
- Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate these objectives to students.
Requirements:
- Az Department of Education Special Education certification
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Up-to-date clearances and certifications
