KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proficient in utilizing kitchen apparatus such as slicers, steamers, deep fryers, ovens, broilers, grills, mixers, kettles, and griddles.
  • Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external patrons.
  • Welcome guests as they approach the service area.
  • Engage collaboratively with team members to cook, prepare, plate, and assemble all food offerings.
  • Comply with control measures for food expenses and quality assurance.
  • Promote and adhere to all health regulations and hand hygiene practices.
  • Prepare all culinary items following established recipes and menus to guarantee product consistency for guests.
  • Capable of crafting compound sauces and variations of mother sauces, including expertise in Beurre Blancs.
  • Compile written food requisitions for supplies and ingredients necessary for production in the workstation inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in food preparation and culinary knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to work across various stations, including Sauté, Broiler, Appetizer, Pantry, Pasta, Grill, etc.
  • Must be able to fulfill any required classes or certifications.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a valid gaming license.
