Recovery Program Operations Specialist

Plexos Group, a leading disaster recovery management company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recovery Program Operations Specialist to support a Wildfire Disaster Recovery program in New Mexico.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project management team, including completing tasks related to budget tracking, report generation, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in management consulting, government agencies, disaster recovery, and/or federal grant programs. A well-versed understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software as needed is essential. Familiarity with federal funding streams and grants administration is a plus.
