Medical Care Specialist

At Santa Fe Recovery Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Nurse to provide exceptional medical care to our clients in the Detox, Residential, and Extended Treatment Programs.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Medical Records Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct medical care to clients, including triage and coordination with the physician;
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality client care and program operations;
- Ensuring medical policies and systems are adhered to and compliant with regulatory requirements;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience working with clients with co-occurring mental health/substance abuse problems preferred;
- Computer literacy to maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards;
- Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural preferred (English/Spanish).
We offer a generous compensation package, including:
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, based on experience;
- Generous PTO package (3 weeks of PTO, 7 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, & 2 mental health days);
