Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Military Treatment Facilities under DHA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care services, educating patients and families about health conditions and treatment options, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with experience in ambulatory care settings. You will work closely with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct patient care, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Your excellent communication and critical thinking skills will enable you to effectively educate patients and families, manage complex patient situations, and promote positive health outcomes. Salary: $65,648 - $104,912 per year based on location and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the United States.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ambulatory care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
