Are you dedicated to enhancing the nutritional well-being of seniors? As a Registered Dietitian at Ciena Healthcare Management, Inc., you will play a vital role in conducting clinical evaluations, designing personalized meal plans, and supervising the culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the procurement of food and supplies while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Provide expert guidance and administrative oversight for diet planning, menu development, and the preparation of both standard and therapeutic diets.
- Ensure that meals are not only nutritious but also appealing and prepared in a timely manner, in accordance with established menus and dietary requirements.
- Conduct interviews with residents and their families to gather dietary histories.
- Complete the dietary section of clinical records accurately and promptly.
- Participate in regular meetings, including interdisciplinary care plan discussions and department head conferences.
- Must hold registration from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Serve Safe certification is required.
- Preferred experience of one to two years in a management or supervisory role.
