We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at AdventHealth Bolingbrook. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform basic and advanced clinical and non-clinical patient care activities as delegated by supervising nurse
  • Aid with movement and placement of patients
  • Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff
  • Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association
  • One or more of the following: Emergency Medical Tech, Practical/Vocational Nurse, or Nurse Aide certification
