Position Overview:
As an Aquatic Safety Instructor, you will play a vital role in promoting water safety and enhancing swimming skills among participants of all ages. Your expertise will contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment for all swimmers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swim instruction tailored to individuals or groups, accommodating various ages and skill levels.
  • Design and execute lesson plans emphasizing water safety and skill enhancement.
  • Offer constructive feedback and motivation to swimmers to foster improvement.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during swim sessions.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized aquatic facility.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard is advantageous.
  • Proficient swimming abilities and understanding of diverse swimming techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with participants.
  • Capability to work with individuals across a spectrum of ages and abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory (or a commitment to obtain).
  • Physical ability to perform lifting tasks and assist with pool maintenance as required.
