Job Summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a highly skilled Access Control Associate 2 to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Center Security Access Control Lock Shop, you will be responsible for supporting and managing technology-based systems, resources, and services to maintain a proper working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide broad-based support for hardware, software, production operations, and customer support.
  • Install and maintain hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Serve as a liaison with users, vendors, and software developers to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in using technology-based systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; certification or vocational training preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant experience required; 2-4 years of experience preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a regular full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The shift is first shift.
