We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RTI Renal Treatment Centers - Illinois, Inc. in Eden Prairie, MN.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support our clinical teams.
Responsibilities- Supervise and perform direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, dialysis initiation and termination, and documentation.
- Provide dialysis therapy, formulating treatment plans, administering medications, and discontinuing dialysis as needed.
- Analyze patient assessments, laboratory data, and communicate concerns to physicians.
- Assess patient learning readiness and provide education on renal disease, dialysis treatment, and medical regimen.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg may be beneficial.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certifications are a plus.
