  • Conduct orientation for new associates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Control uniform programs, including ordering and deleting for new and terminated associates.
  • Maintain lockers and locks, as well as associated records.
  • Arrange for servicing of company vehicles, processing requests in a timely manner.
  • Issue hourly performance review forms and follow up for timely completion.
  • Assist the Human Resources Administrator with the recruiting process.
  • Administer policies according to executive level direction.
  • Provide support to managers and supervisors with employment/personnel and benefits needs.
  • Ensure safe operations and perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, use fingers, hands, wrists, arms, lift and/or move a maximum of 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be able to travel.
  • Open office work space.
