Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to associates, responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner.
- Represent TS Tech Indiana in a positive and professional manner, both internally and externally.
- Liaise with external vendors, including temporary agencies, corporate, and community partners.
- Prepare and create departmental reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct orientation for new associates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Control uniform programs, including ordering and deleting for new and terminated associates.
- Maintain lockers and locks, as well as associated records.
- Arrange for servicing of company vehicles, processing requests in a timely manner.
- Issue hourly performance review forms and follow up for timely completion.
- Assist the Human Resources Administrator with the recruiting process.
- Administer policies according to executive level direction.
- Provide support to managers and supervisors with employment/personnel and benefits needs.
- Ensure safe operations and perform all other duties as assigned.
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, use fingers, hands, wrists, arms, lift and/or move a maximum of 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be able to travel.
- Open office work space.
