Culinary Service Director

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Nick's Fish House. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed
- Develop and implement kitchen systems and processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Manage inventory and supplies, minimizing waste and costs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and surrounding areas
Requirements:
- At least two years of prior kitchen experience
- Culinary coursework or equivalent certification
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
