About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Integration Specialist to join our team at U.S. Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding new and existing customer implementations of Treasury Management payables, receivables, and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the customer representative and U.S. Bank during the implementation process.
  • Conduct onboarding activities, perform analyses, monitor, and track implementation requests from point of sale to customer use.
  • Build positive customer relationships by ensuring an optimal level of service delivery and product functionality exceeding customers' expectations.
  • Escalate potential obstacles appropriately and communicate implementation status effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five or more years of related experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with both internal partners and external customers.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.
