We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Movado Company Store team as a Full-Time Keyholder.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the store management team, responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and assisting staff in achieving their goals. Your contributions will support our sales associates in delivering exceptional customer service, while also helping with inventory management and various other tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets set by the Store Manager and develop comprehensive knowledge of our product range.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Accurately capture all customer relationship management (CRM) data as per company guidelines.
  • Build rapport with existing and potential customers.
  • Merchandise products in alignment with company standards.
  • Maintain a tidy, professional, and organized work environment.
  • Oversee merchandise to ensure cleanliness, accurate pricing, and proper display.
  • Assist in maintaining merchandise control logs as directed by the Store Manager.
  • Adhere to all security and loss prevention protocols as per corporate policies.
  • Provide watch servicing, including sizing and battery replacements as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales abilities and relevant experience, preferably in the watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, or luxury retail sectors. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, is essential.

Previous management experience is highly desirable. Candidates should have flexible availability to meet the needs of the business and support store objectives.
