HVAC Service Manager

Job Summary:

C&C Myers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our dynamic team of technicians. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional service to our customers, while driving revenue performance and maximizing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of HVAC Service Technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a positive and productive work environment that promotes a culture of excellence and customer focus.
  • Coordinate the servicing of HVAC systems to maximize quality and drive revenue performance.
  • Conduct regular individual and departmental coaching and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Create and manage technician work schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Review and approve department payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle customer-related requests, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience and a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in profit and loss management, accountability for sales or budget targets, and experience in tracking labor metrics.
  • Must have and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
  • C&C Myers may conduct a pre-employment background check, subject to applicable law.
  • Ability to analyze data for trends, devise creative solutions, exercise independent judgment, and make appropriate decisions that impact outcomes.
  • Proven ability to gain the buy-in of teams to company values, safety procedures, and overall policies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
