Key Responsibilities- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards to ensure compliance and quality installations.
- Coordinate with the HVAC Install Manager to provide daily feedback and ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure that each installer has the necessary equipment, materials, and tools to complete their job efficiently.
- Lead a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure installations are completed safely and according to company standards.
- Coordinate installation projects from start to finish, including scheduling, materials management, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during installations, providing guidance and solutions to the installation team.
- Interface with customers to address concerns, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with installation services provided.
- Assist in managing material and equipment inventory within vehicles and the warehouse.
- Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. driver's license.
- At least five years of residential HVAC experience, with at least one year being in a supervisory role, or the desire and capability to be in a leadership role, demonstrating leadership, team-building, and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
- Competitive salary range: $75,000-$95,000 annually.
