About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Maintain electrical spare parts' inventory levels
  • Perform installation, setup, modification, and relocation of equipment
  • Read/write electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams, basic hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
  • Follow LOCK OUT/ TAG OUT procedures
  • Complete electrical and mechanical projects based on direction
  • Repair and replace electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic and electronic components such as motors, contactors, relays, timers, types of switches, PLCs, light curtains, motor controls, and valves
Requirements
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Demonstrate safe work practices
  • Follow company safety policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Maintain compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Recommend measures to improve health and safety
  • Organize workplace to comply with housekeeping requirements
