  • Crew Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least one year of experience as a foreman.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with a 50lb load.
