Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our fabrication team at TopBuild Corp. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the daily production of MBI (Metal Building Insulation) products. If you have manufacturing experience and a strong commitment to safety, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the lamination machine safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
  • Ensure accurate use of materials and proper recording of waste.
  • Monitor the quality of insulation products and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the laminator team to achieve production goals.
  • Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand for up to 12 hours to perform job-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production facility.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
