- Operate various types of welding machines and equipment to fabricate metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided.
- Possess good mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
- Capable of reading and understanding blueprints, technical drawings, and written instructions.
- Recognize potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions to minimize risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Competitive salary range: $22.50 to $24.00 per hour.
