Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate various types of welding machines and equipment to fabricate metal components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possess good mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
  • Capable of reading and understanding blueprints, technical drawings, and written instructions.
  • Recognize potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions to minimize risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
