Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at B & G Industries Inc. As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal components together using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
  • Source and prepare materials for welding projects
  • Measure and cut materials to specifications
  • Use manual and mechanical welding techniques to join metals
  • Monitor the welding process to prevent overheating or damage
  • Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniques
  • Ability to use practices such as TIG, MIG, arc, and oxy-fuel welding
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs. with assistance
