Responsabilidades:
  • Realizar actividades de cierre contable mensuales y trimestrales según lo asignado.
  • Asegurar registros contables adecuados y conciliaciones de libros contables en todos los procesos contables diversos e intercompañía.
  • Preparar asientos contables y garantizar el cierre oportuno de los libros de la corporación, incluyendo la revisión de tareas de cierre y la coordinación con los propietarios de negocios para preparar análisis y entradas de cierre.
  • Gestión de Activos Fijos – Asistir a los socios comerciales en la creación de Solicitudes de Aprobación de Capital (CAR) y su enrutamiento para aprobación, crear estructuras de activos, publicar la depreciación mensual, y crear conciliaciones y cronogramas de avance de activos fijos.
  • Reconocimiento de ingresos – Manejar hojas de cálculo clave para el análisis FOB y publicar ingresos diferidos de acuerdo con la política de reconocimiento de ingresos de TMO.
  • Preparar conciliaciones de cuentas y tomar las acciones adecuadas para resolver todos los elementos de conciliación.
  • Apoyar el paquete de informes de gestión y realizar análisis de estados financieros, documentando explicaciones significativas para las fluctuaciones para la dirección y auditores.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con auditores internos y externos para asegurar que se sigan y supervisen las políticas contables aprobadas, apoyando así la auditoría trimestral.
  • Ser un socio comercial clave para los líderes de operaciones comerciales en el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros.
  • Analizar métricas, tendencias y desempeño, aportando información al equipo de liderazgo de la división.
  • Ser proactivo y fuerte en la resolución de problemas, análisis de causas raíz y troubleshooting.
  • Realizar análisis ad hoc para responder a preguntas urgentes.
  • Tener una fuerte atención al detalle y la capacidad de trabajar bien con otros.
  • Tener un historial consistente de prosperar y contribuir en un entorno dinámico, de alto impacto y ritmo rápido.

Habilidades que te ayudarán a sobresalir:
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Excel.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas o de modelado financiero.
  • Experiencia y/o capacidad para aprender y utilizar herramientas como Cognos, HFM, SAP o similares.
  • Comodidad con datos grandes y complejos, y habilidad para comunicar hallazgos a la alta dirección.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas financieros estándar (por ejemplo, Oracle, Hyperion, CMR, SAP).

Requisitos Mínimos:
  • Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Negocios o campo relacionado.
  • 5 años de experiencia laboral en Finanzas o Contabilidad, con un sólido entendimiento de informes y análisis financieros.
  • Conocimiento sólido de las normas GAAP de EE. UU. requerido – (Reconocimiento de Ingresos).
  • Experiencia sólida en sistemas SAP es requerida.
  • Fuertes habilidades de análisis y pensamiento analítico.
  • Competencia en productos de MS Office, incluyendo Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
  • El individuo debe ser profesional y capaz de comunicarse de manera óptima con todos los niveles de la organización, entregando consistentemente productos de trabajo precisos y gestionando múltiples plazos.
