Nurse Care Manager

Village Caregiving – Nashville, TN is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our exceptional home care team.
The primary focus of this position is to complete client assessments and provide expert guidance to our clients and Nashville staff.
The Registered Nurse will also assist with office tasks, including compliance, administration, and outreach. The RN will conduct medical histories and health assessments for clients in Nashville and surrounding areas. Initial and reassessments will be completed in person.
This role requires approximately 16 hours per week (2 days in the office). The nurse's day will be divided between in-home nursing visits and office work.
